Yesterday, we visited the Bothe family's farm with friends and were very impressed by the entire atmosphere, the wide variety of food and drinks on offer – from bratwurst and ribs to cakes, strawberry punch, etc. Everything was delicious, and the DJ played great music. We appreciated the thoughtful effort put in by the entire Bothe family. This sentiment was echoed by other acquaintances and visitors we spoke to. Therefore, we simply cannot understand Mr. B.'s extremely negative review! What's the point of that? We will definitely be back and are already looking forward to it!

The manor house in Ilkendorf is worth a visit! Very well-cared-for animals and a very beautiful property and surroundings, perfect for a stroll or a relaxing break. The carriage museum is very interesting and well-maintained, definitely worth a visit. A very friendly team and excellent service, everyone is very child-friendly. The carriage ride was an unforgettable experience! The food was varied and delicious. We would love to visit again! The neighbor, Mr. B., is a bit questionable; it's best to keep your distance 😉

We spent a wonderful Ascension Day afternoon at the Bothe family's manor. The atmosphere was fantastic, and there was a delicious and varied selection of food and drinks. A carriage ride was also a must and brought us much joy.

This past weekend, the four of us had what was probably the most wonderful carriage ride of our lives in Meissen. Two happy girls were up front with the driver, while the two of us relaxed in the back. Up front, we had a totally friendly, funny, child-loving, and knowledgeable driver. It was fantastic! Thank you so much!

The Bothe family's manor in Ilkendorf is always a favorite destination for our whole family. We feel very comfortable in the family atmosphere. There's a friendly atmosphere, and you're immediately welcomed. A carriage ride is a wonderful social highlight, the service is attentive, and the food and drinks are delicious. This year's Ascension Day festival was also a fantastic experience.

Today we enjoyed a wonderful ride to celebrate our father's 65th birthday. It was a fantastic gift. The birthday boy himself, and all of us who rode along, were thrilled. We spent two and a half hours with Mr. Bothe's amazing horse-drawn carriage and picnic wagon. He showed us some beautiful spots in the Lommatzsch region. His horses and his estate are impeccably maintained. It was definitely a memorable experience. Highly recommended. Thank you so much for this wonderful day!

We had a family celebration here and were absolutely thrilled with the friendly way we were looked after. Everything was very personal and lovingly arranged. The Ritterhof (Knight's Courtyard) was fantastic for the children, and there was so much to do. The carriage ride was unforgettable and, as befits a birthday, quite a lively and fun affair. 😅 Truly a highlight for the whole family. A truly wonderful and loving family.

Absolutely beautiful. The company caters to its guests. The riding hall houses carriages from the time of fairy tales. Coffee and a carriage ride cost €30 per person.
